Steve Reed CEO / PresidentSteve began his media career in 1990 as a sales and marketing executive selling sports radio and San Francisco Giants baseball in San Francisco. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Steve spent 13 years as an executive in the radio and online media industry. As his career developed, Steve became a student of media negotiation and inventory management. Steve decided to take his experience “to the dark side” and began building a refreshingly unconventional advertising agency in 2002.Steve has been married for 15 blissful years. He is an avid sports fan, coach and father of three active children. He’s also the lead singer and guitar player for “Low Hanging Fruit,” Seattle’s most renowned old-man, should-have-stopped-playing long-ago bands. The more you drink, the better they sound. Steve enjoys red wine, fly fishing and spending time with family.
Kylie Lambert Account ManagerAs an Account Manager with a passion for advertising, Kylie enjoys spending her days planning, strategizing and communicating. Kylie plays a vital role in each step of the Vision Media process, and has infused her strong attention to detail and enthusiastic personality into all relationships with clients and media partners. Kylie brings unique insights into the digital world from all angles including media stewarding and social media.Kylie graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). She loves to spend her time traveling (over 20 countries and counting), finding new recipes on Pinterest, and going to music festivals.
Chris Schroeder Senior Media Buyer / PlannerChris has purchased, planned and negotiated media on a national and local level for the last 10 years. His experience spans 97 markets throughout the US and Canada.He specializes in implementing national and local advertising campaigns across multiple mediums, including television, radio, digital, mobile, print and outdoor. The goal is to optimize advertising budgets to reach the right people for the best possible price. At the same time, Chris is always developing and maintaining excellent media partnerships and relationships.With a strong promotions background, Chris plays a key role in implementing promotional events and sponsorships, while building and developing brand awareness for clients and products. His unique perspectives and attention to detail help us deliver key strategic media plans that exceed client expectations.Chris is a Seattle native, and a Roosevelt High School and University of Washington graduate. In his spare time, Chris travels as much as possible, the Greek islands being his favorite destination. Chris is an avid guitar player, with a very strong passion for a wide variety of music. He is also a bitter Sonics fan and a lover of the great beers, wines and food of the world.
Amy Koivu Senior Media Buyer / PlannerAmy has over thirteen years of media experience, with an extensive background in regional media buying and planning. Working for global brands including Coca-Cola and Subway, as well as local franchises and independent bottlers, has given Amy unique insight into finding added value for all clients. Be it strategy, negotiations, campaign management or media stewarding, Amy gracefully tackles any client need while simultaneously securing the most aggressive media rates available. Amy has spent time on both sides of the desk and is well versed in buying all mediums including digital, mobile, radio, television, outdoor and print.Amy grew up in the northwest and graduated from Western Washington University. She enjoys spending time with her family, good wine with friends and watching everything on.
Melanie Fleming HR / Project ManagerAfter studying at the Sorbonne in Paris and graduating from USC, Melanie cut her advertising teeth in the early 90’s at Ogilvy & Mather and Chiat/Day in Los Angeles on the account management side. She switched industries and built an incredible 10-year marketing career with companies like Aetna and Delta Dental. She knows the ins and outs of marketing, and more than anything else, Melanie is a people person!Melanie is married with three children, and has been with Vision Media since the beginning as an invaluable part of the company’s growth and strategy.You can find Melanie on the road driving her overscheduled children everywhere with a little Chihuahua on her lap and an oversized Bernese Mountain Dog with his head out the window. She loves tennis, entertaining, and being with friends and family. Although not a licensed therapist, she is a caring nurturer. She is currently waging a Murray-esque, Caddyshack-style battle with the slugs in her garden.
Maddie Ford Account ManagerAs a recent transplant from FIR Advertising, Maddie is captivated by all things media and has developed a major passion for advertising. With a strong attention to detail and the desire to jump in and get things organized, she fits right into Vision Media’s culture. As account manager Maddie has the privilege of working with our clients on a daily basis.Maddie graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Advertising Management. In her spare time Maddie enjoys teaching dance, tap and hip hop to students at a local dance studio. Maddie also enjoys traveling near and far, playing with her golden retriever puppy, and attempting DIY projects.
David Campbell Director - Vision MobileDavid began his career in advertising at Bols Media immediately after graduating the University of Montana in 1999 (Go Griz!). What started out as a data entry position turned into planning and buying of all types of media across 90 markets internationally. In 2010, David transitioned to developing local cable and digital advertising solutions for Comcast Spotlight in Seattle. Delivering results for his clients became routine and David was awarded the Northwest Regional Presidents Club award in 2014 and 2015.
As the newest member of the Vision team, David utilizes both agency and strategic sales experience to lead the Vision Media digital platform, Vision Mobile. His groundbreaking approach to building successful campaigns and his superior data analysis allow Vision Mobile to deliver the most targeted and effective digital campaigns available. From mobile geo-fencing to digital video pre-roll advertising, David’s background and knowledge drive unequaled results for Vision Mobile clientele.
David grew up in Seattle and studied skiing and golf, err, majored in geography and statistics. David loves music and has played the drums in a wide variety of bands for over 20 years. David also enjoys everything Major League Baseball, and most weekends during the season you can find him with his girlfriend, Joanna, at Safeco Field.

After spending a decade and a half inside the broadcast industry, Steve packed up the family and embarked on a 30-day soul-searching journey across the United States in an RV named Vision. What followed was the birth of an advertising agency, aptly named Vision Media. Some 14 years later, that trip is still what sets us apart. We’re dedicated professionals who put extensive experience in media, sales and marketing strategy to work for your brand, but we haven’t lost our sense of adventure and exploration.
